Client Tip #1:
For our closing clients, if you are a "reader" (that is you want to read through your papers meticulously), you should do this before the closing.
Please let your attorney and lender know well in advance so that the papers can be drawn early.
Client Tip #2:
Some things are worth shopping for. Be sure to do cost comparisons on mortgage lender / broker fees and
hazard insurance. Other services such as pest inspections and title insurance do not vary widely in cost.
